We offer several convenient options for receiving online orders.
Pick-up In-Store at the Stanford Hospital Gift Shop (500P):
Orders can be picked up at the Stanford Hospital Gift Shop located in Palo Alto. Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 1 business day.
Use 500 Pasteur Drive Palo Alto, CA 94305 as the shipping address during checkout.
Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Standard Shipping within California:
Orders can be shipped to any address within California. Standard shipping fees apply, and orders are typically shipped within 1 business day via USPS Priority.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
Note: We currently do not ship outside of California; any out-of-state orders will be canceled and refunded.
Inpatient Delivery to Patient Care Units:
Orders can be delivered to patient care units for patients and their visitors. Deliveries are typically made within 1 business day.
This service is available only at the Stanford Medicine campus in Palo Alto, covering 500 Pasteur Drive and 300 Pasteur Drive.
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 5PM.

Note: This service is strictly available to patients and their visitors only. Any orders for Stanford staff must be picked up or shipped to a residential address.
Pick-up at the Gift Shop Warehouse (RWC):
Orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Redwood City. This location is for pick-up only and is not open to the public for shopping.
Use 550 Broadway Street Redwood City, CA 94063 as the shipping address during checkout.
Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM.
